===== Remote Desktop =====
** This is the preferred method if it can work for you **
  * There is a computer on campus that you want to remotely connect to from another computer
  * You do NOT need to remotely connect to a server

===== Non-HIPAA VPN =====
  * You are NOT on the HIPAA network
  * You need to remotely connect to a server
  * You need to map a network share without a full remote desktop connection
  * Your only work computer is a laptop and you take it with you

===== HIPAA VPN - Mac =====
  * You are on the HIPAA network and initiating the VPN connection from a Mac computer
  * You need to remotely connect to a server
  * You need to map a network share without a full remote desktop connection
  * Your only work computer is a laptop and you take it with you
