Evaluations

On the old Dashboard (the toggle button is in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard under your name):

1. Click Learning Activities on the Dashboard or on the menu on the left
   
   
2. From the Forms/Evaluations tab, click on the course name
   
   
3. Click on the status of the evaluation
   
   
4. Complete the evaluation and click Submit
   • You can Save your progress and return to the evaluation at a later time
   • Once you Submit an evaluation, you will not be able to make further changes, but your educator/instructor may be able to unsubmit the form for you if anything needs to change.

On the new Dashboard: - Click the View All Forms button on the Dashboard under the placement or course number

1. From the Course Activities tab, click on the name or status of the evaluation
   
   
2. Complete the evaluation and click Submit
   • You can Save your progress and return to the evaluation at a later time
   • Once you Submit an evaluation, you will not be able to make further changes, but your educator/instructor may be able to unsubmit the form for you if anything needs to change.

All evaluations have a publish date, and are not viewable before that date. Check your syllabus or check with your program coordinator if you are unsure of the date
