Class Capture

All College of Public Health classrooms have Echo360 class capture. To take a look at the CPH classrooms, please visit the CPH Classroom Lookup System.

Follow the steps below to request class capture for CPH classrooms:

1. Log into tuhelp.temple.edu
2. Click on "Request Service"
3. Click on "College of Public Health"
4. Click on "CPH-Class Capture Request"
5. Fill out the information requested in the form. To have class capture automatically publish to your Canvas course, please include your course name, course number, CRN, and the Canvas course code (found across the top of the Canvas course- starts with "HP-" for CPH courses) in your help ticket.
6. Click "Submit."

The ticket will get routed to our CPH IT group and we will reach out to confirm that it has been scheduled.

Please submit your request at least one business day in advance.

Class Capture Recordings can be published directly to your Canvas course. After it is set up to automatically publish to your Canvas course, an "Echo360" link will show up as a menu item listed on the left-side navigation menu in your Canvas course, as shown in the image below.
