1. Go into extended mode by pressing the Windows key and the letter P together- then select Extend from the list on the right side of the screen | |
2. Open LanSchool | |
3. Click on Show Teacher | |
4. Click on Continue | |
5. If you go to your PowerPoint presentation and start the slideshow now, you will see that the slideshow is showing on the projector screen, but the presenter notes view is showing on the monitors throughout the room and on the instructor computer screen. | |
6. Along the bottom of the screen, you will see the LanSchool icon. Hover the mouse over the LanSchool icon and you will see two windows. Click on the window to the right. | |
7. A new small window called "Show Screen Settings " will open and you will see that the box to the left of display 1 is checked | |
8. Uncheck the box to the left of display 1 (there might be a slight delay) | |
9. Check the box to the left of display 2 | |
10. Now, present your slides again. This time you will see the slides on the projector screen and the side monitors. The presenter notes view will only show up on the instructor computer. | |
11. When you are done class, open LanSchool again and click on Show Teacher to stop showing the screen to the side monitors. | |
12. Press the Windows key and the letter P together again. Select Duplicate from the list to put it back to duplicate mode for the next instructor. | |
