Technology Requirements for Adjuncts

In order to conduct online class sessions and office hours, adjunct instructors teaching in the College of Public Health are required to have an Internet connection and computer equipment, which meets the minimum specifications described below.

A laptop is recommended but is not required. If you already own a desktop/laptop, please check to be sure it meets the technical specifications below. In particular, it is important that you have a camera and microphone to be able to conduct online course sessions and office hours. Headphones are recommended but are not required.

It is important to make sure your desktop/laptop has sufficient capacity for the software packages required, particularly, if you are instructing in the MPH and HIM programs.
