Evaluations

1. Click Clinical Coursework on the Dashboard or on the menu on the left
   
   
2. From the left panel, select the placement and scroll down the page to the Forms/Evaluations section
   
   
3. Click on the name of the evaluation
   
   
4. Complete the evaluation and click Submit
   • You can Save your progress and return to the evaluation at a later time
   • Once you Submit an evaluation, you will not be able to make further changes
