As a community, we strive to address health’s complexities and that will take effort from students, staff, and faculty. We work to prepare you for the workforce, to engage in research, and be the leaders of tomorrow. To do so, we want you to be prepared to make an impact – in large and small ways. During your program of study, you develop core values and competencies, including:

We believe that health is a basic human right and we work to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to find health and well-being.

We affirm that working across professions is a mindset that is needed in the classrooms, workforce, and research centers of tomorrow.

Beyond the development of knowledge, we know that it is also important to develop a sense of self and to build toward career aspirations.

As health and social service professionals, we are leaders in speaking up to make way for change in our institutions, our communities, and our professions.

We are better together, working between academics and community partners, to define the problems of the day and seek innovative solutions.

We work to create a cycle of change that includes the generation of new knowledge and putting that knowledge to work in new practices, policies, and systems to improve health.

Using the technology, we are pleased to introduce this new program, called IMPACT, to help you to build out a co-curricular experience that will augment what is learned in the formal classroom.

Stay Tuned! We anticipate a November 2022 launch in CPH!
